How do I rent a home?
1. Use the CONTACT tab to schedule a home viewing.
2. Click on the Rental Application below and complete.
3. Pay $50 application fee + $25 for each additional applicant: Venmo: @Joel-Travelstead
***No Venmo? No Problem, bank check or money orders are accepted.

Renter Documents:
Rental Application & Credit/Background Authorization
1. Download the form.
2. Open in Adobe Reader.
3. Fill out the form and Save.
4. Email form to WEgroup.
